Technical Project Manager (.NET) – Gateway Group of Companies

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in .NET technologies to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in Agile methodologies and stakeholder management is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, Web API, and Azure.
Proven experience managing software development projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Project Management & Delivery:

Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proactively.
Ensure seamless coordination between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Technical Leadership:

Guide the team in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure .NET applications.
Provide architectural guidance and ensure best coding practices in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and SQL Server.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential for project improvement.
Troubleshoot critical technical challenges and offer optimal solutions.

Agile & Process Optimization:

Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies for efficient project tracking.
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Lead a team of developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, ensuring effective collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Provide technical mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
