Job Description:
As a Manager - Strategic Technology Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of client engagements. Your primary focus will be on identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to craft tailored solutions that address clients' business needs. You will act as a bridge between the technical team and the client, helping to design, propose, and implement high-impact solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to deliver engaging presentations, support decision-making, and align with the client’s long-term strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on clients’ businesses.
- Create innovative presentations to inspire & engage the clients.
- Provide technical insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and deliver Statement of Work (SoW) detailing the technical and commercial proposal.
- Independently drive end-to-end Pre-Sales process including: Functional flows, high-level wireframes, creating the features list, product roadmap/phases and detailed functional requirements within the stipulated timeline.
- Leverage technical expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance operational performance.
- Experience with Products demo, Responding to RFP/RFI, Solution Architecture as per client requirements.
- Understand client business challenges and provide tailored technology solutions.
- Working with the solutions architect/SMEs to define the right technical solution that aligns with the client requirements.
- Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while making presentations & proposals and Client responses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to translate business requirements
Minimum Qualifications–
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA or any other degree in Computer Science + MBA (optional)
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in strategic consulting, IT consulting, or a related role.
- Good Proposal writing & presentation creation, logical and analytical skills.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to evaluate and optimize systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, client facing and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge on estimation and solution approach in diverse technologies (Custom development and Product development).
