Validate & Approve WO to Invoicing
- Leasing company validates the details in their auto repair management software
- Leasing company can approve or reject the service and repair request raised by the workshop
- Workshop generates an invoice and submits it to the leasing company
- If the service is not approved, customer consent is obtained
- Invoice is shared with the customer
- Leasing company approves the invoice amount, either partially or fully
- Workshop tracks the payment status of the invoice
